Goal

In Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) clusters, defined tag namespaces are used to organize and manage resources. A parent compartment, k8s, was created with a tag namespace called k8s-clusters, and resources within child compartments (like clusters) are tagged from this namespace.

When creating the service, the following error occurred while attempting to reserve an IP for the Network Load Balancer (NLB):
