400 Bad Request DICOM_CONNECTIVITY_0067 - Error while creating connection

Changes

When using OCI DIS service and have a public workspace using public endpoint you can try to connect to another database outside oracle and collect data from it.

For this connectivity must be allowed from database side to accept data collection from workspace.
