PRC:SSP: 24C - Redwood RSSP Unable To Delete And Reenter Values In Preferences Section (Doc ID 3051535.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.07.0 version, Self Service Procurement Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Requester updating in RSSP the preferences for project costing, updating but not visible until user navigates to another tab/window and upload again preferences new values are visible

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In RSSP when Preferences are updated and window is opened again, updated values should be visible and not old values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Procurement > Purchase Requisitions (New) RSSP, while in Self Service Procurement Tab then hit on preferences button, only fields to be updated are the Project Costing fields
Original values
Project > 123456
Task Number > 123
Expenditure Organization > ABC 

New values
Project > 7890
Task Number > 456
Expenditure Organization > DEF
 
2. Hit on Update button, hit again Preferences button, observe how original values are still there not updated
3. Alternate solution provided, after Updating Preferences window the user can click on another tab of the RSSP and go back to the Self Service Procurement and hit preferences again, and new values are now flashing properly. Or the user can hit on Home, then go back to RSSP-preferences and values are now flashing properly

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot properly know which values are stored in preferences as they need to navigate and comeback to open again the Preferences saved
