Goal
On : Issue happened since V 23, Merch - Foundation
Removal of Item_Supp_Country_Loc row does not Update UNIT_COST in ILS
Expect when Item_Supp_Country_Loc row gets deleted for an item/loc, the UnitCost of Item_Supp_Country should get defaulted in ITEM_LOC_SOH.
However On deletion of Item_Supp_Country_Loc row, ITEM_LOC_SOH (UnitCost) does not get updated. Although Cost Events and Future Cost gets created for the new cost.
