Action Chain Can not be Seen or Edited (Doc ID 3051615.1)

Symptoms

After creating an action chain on the landing and detail pages of the Service Center, these action chains can no longer be seen or edited.
The customer is unable to remove actions from the action chain because they can't see the previously created action chain, although it is still working
