Goal

How To Get Resource Name In Contract Billing Controls Via Webservice?

Using the ContractsServiceV2 SOAP webservice findContract operation to return contract information, the Billing Controls section has the BillingResource attribute but it is returning as null or blank.

RbsElementId IS returning but that is only the ID for the BillingResource value.
