Symptoms

The accrual is not calculating for one employee for the absence plan where the employee is enrolled.

The accrual period frequency of the absence plan is Person Primary Frequency and the employee had a payroll change.

There are no issues with the accrual calculation for the other employees enrolled to the same plan.
