Symptoms

When trying to view transactions in the Transactions tab of the Collections Dashboard, the dashboard is not displaying any transactions, or is not displaying the expected results.

Navigation: Collections Dashboard > Transactions

 

  1.  Try to view transactions in the tab based on the selection criteria specified in the form.  The results are not as expected
