Compensatory Time Adjustment - Error

Adjusting a person comp off time, system is throwing the below error.

The selected plan doesn't have sufficient balance to complete the transaction. (ANC-3405096)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Compensatory Time giving error when trying to apply absence adjustment
