OCI Console - 'Create A Support Request' Button is Missing in the OCI Console (Doc ID 3052047.1)

Symptoms

Open the "Help" menu and click "Create Support Request." OR click the "Support" button then "Create Support Request." In both the aforementioned case, the 'Create A Support Request' button is missing in the OCI Console.

Changes

Create Support Request button has been removed. You need to click on "Request Help" from the Help menu.
