Logging Analytics: On Tokyo Region some cases shows duplication for some entries on Log Explorer before September 26th

Symptoms
On the Log explorer the following error "Sep 26 06:08:29: connect to <IP-Address>:PORT failed (Connection refused)" was duplicated two times on the result of the Search Query, however, the error is displayed one time on the Log file.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.O&M -> Logging Analytics -> The following error message
2. Sep 26 06:08:29 : connect to <IP-Address>:PORT failed (Connection refused)"
3. It is displayed 2 times
