Goal
Trying to update item ticket type ids in MFCS for certain items through the item ticket upload template. When uploading you are seeing 'Quantity must be greater than zero.' error each time you upload the data.
The item being uploaded have SOH greater than zero but you are still getting the same error.
Could you please advise as to why this error is coming and provide a resolution for the same?
