Symptoms

On a replica with the multi-threaded applier (MTA), which is enabled by replica_parallel_type=LOGICAL_CLOCK, and binlog_transaction_dependency_tracking is set to WRITESET or WRITESET_SESSION on its source, the applier stops due to a foreign key error. An error like below is typically raised:
