Symptoms
Problem Description:
After installing the Oracle BI Publisher Plug-In for Microsoft Word, upon opening Microsoft Word, the following error occurs:
Word is running into problems with the 'tbaddin64' add-in. If this keeps happening, disable this add-in and check for available updates.

In some cases, Microsoft Word attempts to load the plugin and then just closes.
The issue only occurs with Microsoft Office 365 64-bit; the 32-bit version of Microsoft Office works fine.
