New Values Added In ORA_OSS_CLOSE_REASONS Do Not Appear When Trying To Suspend The Contract (Doc ID 3052186.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
New Values added in ORA_OSS_CLOSE_REASONS do not appear when trying to Suspend the contract. The Values only appear when the suspend activity is being performed at Product level.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users expect the lookup values to also appear on header suspend



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define new values in Lookup Type - ORA_OSS_CLOSE_REASONS
2. Go to the Subscription Landing Page
3. Click on Actions > Suspend
4. Search for an active contract and select the Contract
5. Click on Suspend (1 selected) button
6. Provide the Suspend Date
7. Open the LOV for Suspend Reason and verify if the new value is not appearing in the LOV
