Symptoms

Error when processing injector invoices

Recently, you received reports from users indicating that their invoices are not being posted in the ERP. Upon analysis, you encountered an error in the injector process: IM_INJECT_DOC_ERROR

"Some validation threads encountered a system error and did not complete successfully."

This issue has been occurring since late July, and it is believed that it may be related to the recent implementation of v24 NextGen, as this error was not observed before.
