Why A Store That Is already In The Store Table Is Still Showing In The Store_Add Table? (Doc ID 3052501.1)

Goal

There is a store that is already in the store table, but it is still showing in the store_add table.

The async status has moved to S- completed. Still the process_status is 01STOREADD in store_add table. Team had run the stradd_batch also which failed with below error.
