Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After using the loading a User HDL file to remove Role assignments successfully and after running the Send Pending LDAP Requests ESS job, the role is removed as expected, but when running the seeded Oracle Users and Roles BI Publisher or BIP catalogue or report, notice that columns or attributes associated with the Fusion HCM User Roles or PER_USER_ROLES Database or DB Table, the Role's Start Date or START_DATE column returns value as 12/31/4712 or Oracle's end-of-time

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Role's End Date should reflect the date when the job or other role was assigned to the User Account

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Load a User HDL file to remove a job role successfully and run the Send Pending LDAP Requests ESS job
  2. Confirm that the role was removed as expected
  3. Go to BI Publisher or BIP and run the seeded Oracle Users and Roles Catalog or Report
  4. Observe that the Role's End Date returns the value 12/31/4712 or Oracle's end-of-time and expect that this value should reflect the date when the job or other role was assigned to the User Account
