24C Workbench Columns Are Narrow and Seem Squeezed (Doc ID 3052520.1)

Symptoms

In 24C, the workbench columns do not expand to take the entire space of the quadrant. The width of the columns are squeezed
So if there is a small column width defined in the screen set for columns, then the columns stick to that length and do not expand
