Symptoms

With the introduction of the Message Profile = FDA MEDWATCH 3500A DRUG TEMPLATE in Argus 8.4.2, the order of printing the Dosage Regimens has changed.

Section C. SUSPECT PRODUCTS
Item 3. Dose or Amount

C. SUSPECT PRODUCTS #2 (Continued)
Additional Dosage Regimens (Continued)

Currently in 8.4.2, the MedWatch report is printing the dosage regimen records in the order set by sort_id from case_dose_regimens table.

Before 8.4.2, the order of dosage regimens was the order from case form UI.

STEPS TO REPEAT:

Given a case with a product and several dosage regimens, ordered in UI as records A, B and C.

Generate the MedWatch report, the report has entry A in Therapy Dates main entry and in Block C - Additional Dosage Regimens, has entries B and C.

Change the order of the dosage regimens in the case to B, C and A.

Generate the report again.

The dosage regimens order is the same: A, B and C.

In pre-8.4.2 environments:

When generating the report with modified dosage regimens order B, C and A, will print the records as entry B in Therapy Dates main entry and in Block C.

Additional Dosage Regimens, has entries C and A.
