When Trying To Add An Item To Cost Change By Item Screen Receiving ERROR: No Items Added (Doc ID 3052557.1)

Symptoms

When adding an item to the Cost Change By Item screen, after entering the Item ID and selecting OK, the item is not added and all that comes up is

Recreation steps:

  1. Tasks > Create Cost Change by Item
  2. Name the Cost Change, give a reason code, set the effective date.
  3. Actions > Add
  4. Select the Supplier Site and Country
  5. Select Single Item and enter the Item number.
  6. Set the remaining fields as desired.
  7. Click OK
  8. Receive "ERROR: No Items Added"
