Symptoms
Pricebook on line items not setting to _default_price_book when using Import Line Items.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Open a new quote.
2. Click on "Import Excel" option on LIG and import the Excel file.
3. Click on Add Item to add a new item via configuration.
4. Choose any product and click on "Add to Transaction"
ERROR
