Goal

On : 11.13.24.07.0 version, Performance Management

Tile for competencies is missing in the performance document for 24C


The Competencies tile which appear on top of the page is missing in the performance document for 24C.
The Goal tile is enabled in the performance document, however, only the competencies card is missing, which should be displayed in the performance document as per delivered functionality in 24B and 24C
