On : 19.3 version, Merch - Inventory Movement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Shipment of a transfer which has same ASN as of a receipt for previous Allocation is getting auto-reconciled much before Auto Close Days.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a Allocation from warehouse to 2 stores say S1 and S2.
2. Ship and receive the allocation for S1.
3. Change vdate such that new vdate = current vdate + Auto Close Days.
4. Create a transfer from warehouse to S2.
5. Ship the transfer but don't receive it.
6. Run tsfclsoe batch.
7. Run docclose pre and docclose batches.
8. Notice that shipment for S2 is reconciled though it is not eligible for auto-reconciliation.

   Due to this issue, shipments are getting auto-reconsiled much before the expected date.
