Redwood: Document Delivery Preferences does not allow for editing(Pencil Icon is greyed out).

ERROR OR BEHAVIOR NOT WORKING

Redwood: Document Delivery Presences is not allowing for editing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups -> Document Delivery Preferences(Redwood)
2. Edit icon is readonly(Greyed out)
