User cannot check Compensation report data - information does not populate.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to check report data.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reports and Analytics > Browse catalog
2. /Shared Folders/ Human Capital Management/ Dashboards
3. Compensation Business Process Dashboard > Open
4. Individual Compensation tab shows No Results - The specified criteria didn't result in any data.This is often caused by applying filters and/or selection steps that are too restrictive or that contain incorrect values. Please check your analysis filters and selection steps, and try again.
