Fusion Global HR: Redwood - When Using a Custom Role Manager Is Unable To Submit Created Document Records for Subordinates Due to Error Message “Forbidden”

Symptoms
When attempting to submit a new record for Document Records as a manager using Redwood UI for a direct report
the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Redwood UI for Document Records.
2. Login as a manager -> (N) My Team>Show More -> Click on Document Records.
3. Click on the name of one of the direct reports -> Document Records page open -> Click on +Add button.
4. Add needed data, including attachments.
5. Click on Submit -> Error is raised "Forbidden".
Note: No error is raised on Responsive UI for the same POD, User and employee
Changes
Enable Redwood UI for Document Records page.
