Symptoms

In 24C release when a negotiation is canceled, requisition is not returned to the requisition pool.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Create Purchase Requisition (PR)
2. Process Requisition into Negotiation
3. Cancel Negotiation
4. Navigate to Process Requisitions UI and Requisition is not found.
