Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Unable to Locate a DFF Column in OTBI or BICC When Searching by Name

Symptoms
Problem Description:
A Recruiting Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) was created with a specific name value. The DFF was marked as BI Enabled and Deployed per the instructions in How to Make a Recruiting Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) Reportable.
When searching in BICC or OTBI for that name, the DFF cannot be found. Other Recruiting DFFs with similar names can be found without issue.
Example:
- DFF that can be found: REQUISITION_COST_CODE
- DFF that cannot be found: REQUISITION_COST_CODE_NUMBER
