Oracle Fusion HCM Communicate: Global Profile Usage Eligibility Profile Not Found When Adding An Audience To A Campaign (Doc ID 3053007.1)

Symptoms

Problem:

When trying to add an Audience to a Campaign, the Eligibility Profile that was created with a Profile Usage of Global is not found in the Audience list of values.


Steps:

1. Go to Setup and Maintenance.
2. Select Offering HCM Communicate.
3. Click on Manage Predefined Audience Criteria.
4. Click Create > Create Participant Profile.
5. Provide a Name and in the Profile Usage menu select Global.
6. Add the needed criteria and click Save and Close.
7. Go to Home > Hiring > Communicate.
8. Select the Campaign.
9. In the Audience drop down, note that the Eligibility Profile that was previously created is not available for selection.
