Goal
The "Launch Client" option on the Admin Applets page of a content server in the marketplace stack doesn't seem to work. It tries unsuccessfully to open the WCC admin tool on the client. All that happens is a popup message stating "Please wait while the desktop app is launching" and it never gets farther than that.
