When performing a Primavera Data Service (PDS) Query Tables Data request the "date only picker" field is incorrectly returning the date format as: yyyyMMdd HHmmss
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The correct format of yyyyMMdd'T'HHmmss.SSS'Z should be returned.
