CPQ - Docusign Integration - Recipient's Email ID in eSignature only accepting the Small case (Doc ID 3053181.1)

Symptoms

Recipient's Email ID in eSignature only accepting the small case, camel case and all caps doesn't work.

Non-working email Address : Test@abc.com, TEST@abc.com

Working email Address : test@abc.com

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add e-signature attribute in the UI
2. In transaction, Edit Recipient and try to enter the email address
3. Enter signer's email address as Test@abc.com, TEST@abc.com
5. + icon or Done button, will not save the Recipient's details
