Fusion SCM INV: Cycle Count Data Entries Are Missing In The INV_CYCLE_COUNT_ENTRIES Table For The Cycle Count That Was Previously End-dated

Symptoms
The cycle count "TS CYCLE COUNT 2023" was performed back in year 2023 and then set to expired. After a cycle is performed, there are data stored for it in the INV_CYCLE_COUNT_ENTRIES table. However, there are no data in this INV_CYCLE_COUNT_ENTRIES for this particular cycle count "TS CYCLE COUNT 2023".
The behavior occurs as follows:
1. Log into the database query tool and connect to the database for POD environment
2. Run the following SQL query for the Cycle Count information, there is no data returned for it:
