Connection Failed Error Upon Approving a Ownership Change (Doc ID 3053203.1)

Symptoms

When trying to approve an ownership change for a list of items (14k items) and one location, timeout happens after 15 minutes with below message -


Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create an item list for 14k items having the same supplier and country, ranged to 1 location A as consignment.
  2. Create an ownership change for this item list, type "Consignment to Owned".
  3. In the Ownership change, click "add" on the item table, select the supplier, country, and select your item list, click ok.
  4. Click "Add" on the the details table, select location A. Check Apply All and confirm.
  5. Approve the Ownership change. After timeout warning, click ok and note 504 error.
