Symptoms
On : 11.13.24.07.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to Remove Person from AOR Template, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"Effective-Of header is required for DELETION operation on date effective resource."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Area of Responsibility Templates Redwood page-> Open AOR template.
2. On Directly Assigned section -> Remove Person from Template.
3. Get error.
