No data appears in the Team Effectiveness dashboard reports such as :

Workforce- Person Count --> Team Effectiveness - Person Count --> Pivot with Row Person Name

Workforce- Person Count->Hires and Leavers - Person Count-->Hiring Details by Manager

Upon investigation and running the query:

The result shows no record other than -99999 in the MANAGER_DISTANCE field.
MANAGER_DISTANCE of -99999 is present for a single record in the table DW_MANAGER_REPORTEES_CF_DN_DH.
The "level1 reportee person id" exists in the table DW_PERSON_NAME_D.
