VBS Service Connection Failed in ERP, But Working in HCM (Doc ID 3053405.1)

Symptoms

When testing VBS Service function in the ERP Test environment, VBS Service Connection can't be created in ERP, but working in HCM


a. Select HCM from Service Catalog, Service Connection can be created successfully
b. Select ERP from Service Catalog, Service Connection is failed to created due to "Internal Server Error" .

"Internal Server Error: There was an error while fetching ADFm minimal and full describe from vb-catalog://backends/base:fscmRest/latest:{REST-Framework-Version}/describe."
