Goal

In Retail Home in the Integration Status page the Global Integration status is Unavailable.

Can you please advise on what configuration we are missing to fix the "Retail Home Outage Service" and "Retail Home BI Service"?

Same error happens in STG1, UAT1 and PRD1.
