Can't change the shape of the db system Intel X9 VM.Standard3.Flex to AMD VM.Standard.E4.Flex (or VM.Standard.E5.Flex) or viceversa.

After clicking the "Change shape" button, can only change the quantity of OCPUs within the same shape, all other shapes are greyed out.
