Symptoms
Promotion transaction notification is blank for users. User is using seeded RTF and datamodel for Promotion workflow. When customer is running with seeded report and seeded DM of promotion in BI with transaction ID, following error is seen,
Error: ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Promotion transaction > open notification by approver > blank notification > run the seeded promotion report in BIP for the transaction ID > Error: ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column
