Symptoms

When attempting to Edit the Send Notification action of CSP, the following error occurs:


"Index 0 out of bounds for length 0."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Candidate Selection Process Configuration
2. Select and Edit CSP
3. Select and Edit the Send Notification action
