Symptoms

Unable to Save Translations page, it can be the Jet Layout Translations page or Attribute Translations page.

Getting a blank page with the following error after clicking Save:
    Bad Request
    Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

From network tab:
    Status 400 Bad Request
