Symptoms

In Team Member, when a subordinate's Rejected Timesheet is accessed using the Action > Edit Resources Timesheet, an error message is displayed after acknowledging the Rejected Timesheet and you must manually Withdraw the already rejected Timesheet.


ERROR

An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log on to P6 Web.
  2. Open a project.
  3. Assign Resource A to Activity 1.
  4. Log on to Team Member as Resource A.
  5. Add Actual hours to a Timesheet for Resource A on Activity 1.
  6. Submit the Timesheet.
  7. Log into P6 Web as the Timesheet Approval Manager, and go to Approvals > Timesheets and Approve the Timesheet.
  8. Go to Approvals > Timesheets and Reject the previously approved Timesheet.
  9. Log-on to Team Member as Timesheet Approval Manager for Resource A.
  10. Go to Timesheets > Actions > Edit Resources Timesheets.
  11. Select Resource A.
  12. Navigate to the Time Period for the rejected Timesheet.
  13. Receive Rejected Timesheet acknowledgement.
  14. Receive error stating "An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator" and you must manually Withdraw the already rejected Timesheet.
