Discrepancy In item_master.original_retail & item_loc.unit_retail Values Between Screen And Database (Doc ID 3054050.1)

Goal

There is a discrepancy between values of (item_master.original_retail and Unit ELC) and item_loc.unit_retail in the UI screen and in the database.

For an item, the user can see in the database that the unit_retail is 0.0001 and in the UI screen it is showing as 0.00.
For another item, you can see that in the screen that unit_elc is null and in the database you can see that is 0.0001.

While applying CVR the user wants to restrict those items having unit_retail=0.0001, but while they apply item_loc.unit_Retail !=0.0001. Those are getting approved and screen it is showing unit_retail is =0
