DFF Values Dissapear After Saving (Doc ID 3054145.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Procurement Contracts Generic Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users have enabled the contract parties DFF (Descriptive FlexField) . When creating a contract the DFF's (Descriptive FlexFields) are entered and the contract is saved.
Once opening up again the parties DFF (Descriptive FlexField), the values that were previously set are gone

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
DFF (Descriptive FlexField) filled to be visible after SAVE

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create DFF (Descriptive FlexField) for Parties tab in Contract and fill DFF (Descriptive FlexField)
2. Save
3. DFF (Descriptive FlexField) values set are gone
