Symptoms

On : 24.B.21 version, Routing assigned activity before SLA_START

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a routing plan to assign activities in the future
2. configure an activity with sla_start greater than 5 days
3. execute the routing plan
4. verify if the activity was assigned BEFORE the sla_start
