ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EAM/OFS Sync Latency
Field offices are reporting seven to ten minute delays in EAM and OFS syncing to one another.
Receiving Parts
Creation of Work Orders
Completion of Work Orders
Installing Work Orders
Adjusting PM Schedules
Searching for Inventory
Basically all screens in both EAM and OFS
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Less than 2-3 seconds response
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter mobile work order
2. Takes 7-10 minutes for update to EAM
3. EAM is taking 7-10 minutes to communicate back to OFS
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
This is affecting Production and therefore affecting the success of our current deployment. Impacting all current users with significant performance slowness.
