Cannot Add Any FCL in Lead Orchestration (Doc ID 3054339.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.07.0 version, Lead Management
 

When trying trying to create a Sales Lead Orchestration choosing the custom FCLs added under field Lifecycle Attribute,it gives an error


ERROR

Sync orchestrations stages to the Lifecycle attribute values>Proceed
There are updates to the lifecycle attribute. Syncing may remove, reorder, or add stages to your orchestration. That's because orchestration stages are created from Lifecycle Attribute values.

You don't have any stage for the selected attribute



STEPS
-----------------------
Create orchestration>object>sales lead
choose from Lifecycle Attribute>custom FCL Location Type
Condition : Include all of
Customer ID= Is not null

 Save>error above appears
