Symptoms
When attempting to submit Prepare Assets Transaction Data, the following error occurs.
The batch name already exists. Enter a unique batch name for this book and transaction type.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Prepare Assets Transaction Data.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete asset adjustments.
